We’ve decided we need to capitalise on our leading position in the market and grow Orchid City & Spa into something special.  We’re after some brilliant people who share our passion and beliefs. 

So, who are we?  Well, Orchid City & Spa is a luxury group travel specialist based in Bristol. We specialise in tailor-made group weekends in the UK.  Over the past 8 years we’ve become one of the leading group spa specialist in the UK.

We pride ourselves in our high levels of customer service and stylish products. At present we are looking for two people to join our team. One to help advise our customers on the best hotels and events for their group. The other to work with the clients to book their perfect weekend.

IMPORTANT: No experience is required, we can train you. We’re looking for the person with the right personality, attitude and work ethic. We’ll teach you the skills you need. If you have some of the required skills then great, but don’t worry if you don’t.

 

Role 1: Travel and Events Advisor

Full time based in our Bristol office

YOU NEED 

  • A creative mind
  • An understanding of good customer service
  • Competitive nature
  • Social personality
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Basic sales experience (not vital, but would help)
  • Basic IT skills
  • Passion & interest in travel or events
  • To be a hard worker
  • A desire to be the best you can
  • A polite telephone manner

Role 2: Travel and Events Organiser 

The job will be full time and based in our new office in Clifton in Bristol starting ASAP.

YOU NEED 

  • A solid understanding of customer service
  • Good eye for detail
  • Common sense
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A desire to be part of an ambitious team
  • Structured and logical approach to problem solving
  • Basic IT skills
  • Passion for travel or events
  • A strong work ethic
  • A polite telephone manner
  • Good sense of humour
